Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-1-208, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That A Driver With Visual Impairment In One Eye May Be Issued A Commercial Driver's License If The Person Otherwise Meets All Qualifications For Issuance; To Provide Certain Requirements For The Driver; To Provide That The Commercial License Issued Will Bear An Endorsement Restricting Commercial Driving On The License To Driving Only Within The Boundaries Of Mississippi; And For Related Purposes.
