Summary
An Act To Amend Section 43-13-115, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require The Director Of The Division Of Medicaid To Apply To The Centers For Medicare And Medicaid Services (cms) For Any Necessary Waivers For The Approval Of Experimental, Pilot Or Demonstration Projects That Promote The Objectives Of Medicaid Or The Children's Health Insurance Program (chip) Under Section 1115 Of The Federal Social Security Act; To Prescribe The Components Of The Program To Be Included In The Programs Of Assistance Provided Through The Waiver; To Require The Division To Submit Amendments To The Waiver By February 1 Of Each Year Beginning In 2018; To Require The Division To Provide A Status Report Of The Waiver Application To The Governor And Certain Members Of The Legislature; And For Related Purposes.
