Summary
An Act To Amend Section 25-11-109, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize Vested Members Of The Public Employees' Retirement System To Purchase A Maximum Of Ten Years Creditable Service In The System For Any Service Rendered As An Employee Of The Tribal Government Of The Mississippi Band Of Choctaw Indians By Paying Into The Retirement System The Actuarial Cost For Each Year Of That Service; And For Related Purposes.
