Summary

An Act To Amend Section 47-7-27, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Remove The Requirement That A Parole Revocation Charge Be Dismissed If The Revocation Hearing Is Not Held Within 30 Days Of The Issuance Of The Warrant; To Provide That Any Time An Offender Absconds Supervision, The Period Of Parole Shall Be Tolled And Shall Not Reduce The Period Of Parole Supervision; And For Related Purposes.
