An Act To Amend Sections 41-61-59 And 41-61-61, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require That The Death Of A Patient In A Nursing Facility Or A Patient Under Hospice Care Be Promptly Reported To The Medical Examiner By Any Person Having Knowledge Of The Death; And For Related Purposes.
