Summary
An Act To Create The Crime Of Child Endangerment For Any Person Twenty-one Years Of Age Or Older Who Drives Or Otherwise Operates A Vehicle In Violation Of The Implied Consent Law With A Vehicle Occupant Who Is Under Seventeen Years Of Age; To Provide Penalties For Violations; To Amend Section 63-11-30, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Conform To The Provisions Of This Act; To Amend Section 63-11-31, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
