An Act To Amend Section 43-15-13, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Foster Care Counselors In The Department Of Human Services, When Reviewing Children In Foster Care, To Make All Possible Contact With The Custodial Parents Of All Siblings Of The Child For The First Two Months Following The Child's Entry Into The Foster Care System; And For Related Purposes.
