An Act To Amend Section 25-61-19, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide That Within Sixty Days After July 1, 2023, Each Agency, Department And Institution Of The State Of Mississippi Shall Include On The Internet Website Of The Agency, Department Or Institution A Separate Section That Provides The Organizational Structure Of The Agency, Department Or Institution; To Amend Section 25-1-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Provide For Regular Review And Updates, If Necessary, To The Organizational Structure Information That Is Required To Be Posted On Each Agency, Department And Institution Website; And For Related Purposes.
