An Act To Provide For The Payment Of Educational Costs To School Districts Providing Teaching Components To Medically Fragile Students Placed Or Receiving Services In A Licensed Specialized Facility; To Define Certain Terms; To Provide For The Rate Of Payments And Frequency Of Reimbursement By The Local School District Where The Student Resides And The State Department Of Education To The School District Providing The Educational Service; To Exempt Medically Fragile Students Placed In A Licensed Specialized Facility For Health And Educational Services From The Student Transfer Requirements For Receiving Services Outside Of The District Of Residence; To Amend Sections 37-15-29, 37-15-31, 37-23-3, 37-23-61, 37-23-63 And 37-23-69, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; To Bring Forward Sections 37-23-65, 37-23-67, 37-23-71, 37-23-73, 37-23-75 And 37-23-77, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Are Provisions Relating To The Providing Of Financial Assistance To Exceptional Children Attending Private Or Parochial Schools, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; To Bring Forward Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, Which Provides For Medical Services For Which Financial Assistance May Be Furnished, For The Purpose Of Possible Amendment; And For Related Purposes.
