Summary
An Act To Amend Section 63-15-4, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Authorize The Department Of Public Safety To Implement A Motorist Identification Database Program For The Purpose Of Identifying Uninsured Motorists In This State; To Increase The Fine For Failure To Have Proof Of Motor Vehicle Liability Insurance; To Provide That A Portion Of The Fine Collected Shall Be Deposited Into The State Trauma System Fund; And For Related Purposes.
