Summary

An Act To Authorize Any City, County Or State Correctional Facility To Inform Any Pregnant Inmate About Receiving A Tubal Ligation Or A Similar Medical Procedure Immediately After The Inmate Gives Birth; To Provide That Such Tubal Ligation Or Medical Procedure May Not Be Performed Unless The Inmate Gives Written Voluntary Informed Consent; And For Related Purposes.
