An Act To Amend Section 43-13-117, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Prohibit The Division Of Medicaid From Requiring Community Mental Health Centers To Participate In Any Managed Care Program, Coordinated Care Program Or Coordinated Care Organization Program Implemented By The Division In Order To Receive Medicaid Reimbursement For Services Provided By The Centers; To Extend The Date Of The Repealer On This Section; And For Related Purposes.
