Summary

An Act To Create A Program To Be Known As "parent Access" For The Purpose Of Assuring Parents That Online Materials Used In Their Public School Children's Education Are Safe And Appropriate; To Direct The State Board Of Education To Require Local School Districts To Provide Parental Access To Online Curriculum Programs; To Require Local School Districts To Allow Parents To Register Online In Order To Request Access To The Curriculum Programs In Which Their Children Are Enrolled And To Offer Assistance For This Purpose; And For Related Purposes.
