Summary

An Act To Require That An Inmate Be Given Notification Of Certain Terms Upon His Or Her Release If Such Inmate Is Eligible For Parole, Post-release Supervision Or Probation; To Provide That The Notification Must Contain Information Regarding The Time Period Of Supervision, Conditions For Which An Inmate May Be Returned To Prison And Conditions Upon Which An Inmate's Person, Residence Or Vehicle May Be Searched By Any Law Enforcement Officer; To Require The Department Of Corrections To List The Released Inmate On The National Crime Index Computer For Certain Purposes; To Amend Sections 47-7-34, 47-7-35, 47-7-47 And 47-7-3, Mississippi Code Fo 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
