Summary

An Act To Create The "property Clean-up Revolving Fund" To Assist Municipalities With The Clean Up Of Properties That Have Been Determined To Be A Menace To The Public Health, Safety And Welfare Of The Community In Accordance With Section 21-19-11; To Authorize The Creation Of A Revolving Loan Program Administered By The Mississippi Department Of Environmental Quality For Such Property Clean Up; To Authorize Municipalities To Enter Into Loan Agreements And Take Such Actions Necessary To Participate In The Revolving Loan Program; And For Related Purposes.
