Summary
An Act To Amend Section 41-7-191, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Department Of Health To Issue Certificates Of Need For Psychiatric Residential Facility Beds In The City Of Meridian, The City Of Flowood And The City Of Louisville; To Direct The Department To Issue A Certificate Of Need For Child/adolescent Psychiatric Beds In The City Of Meridian; To Direct The Department To Revise The Condition On Any Certificate Of Need That Was Issued To A Facility In The City Of Louisville Prohibiting The Facility From Participating In The Medicaid Program, To Allow The Facility To Have Twenty Child/adolescent Psychiatric Beds Participate In The Medicaid Program; And For Related Purposes.
