Summary

An Act To Amend Section 73-11-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Direct The State Board Of Funeral Service To Prescribe Continuing Education Requirements, Not To Exceed Eight Hours During The Licensing Period, As A Condition For Renewal Of A License For The Practice Of Funeral Service; To Direct The Board To Conduct Continuing Education Courses For Those Licensees As Necessary To Meet The Continuing Education Requirements, And Authorize The Board To Charge A Fee For Providing That Continuing Education; And For Related Purposes.
