An Act To Require That All Surgical Procedures By Physicians Or Other Health Care Providers Be Recorded With A Video Device And That The Recording Be Maintained For Not Less Than Four Years; To Authorize The Patient To Obtain A Copy Of The Recording Upon Request; And For Related Purposes.
