An Act To Provide That Any Payment Made Erroneously By The Department Of Revenue, As A Diversion From Sales Tax Monies Collected, To Certain Municipalities Shall Not Be Charged Back To Such Municipalities By The Department Of Revenue; To Amend Sections 27-65-75, 27-65-53 And 27-65-51, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity Thereto; And For Related Purposes.
