Summary
An Act To Amend Section 37-9-14, Mississippi Code Of 1972, To Require Local School Superintendents To Certify And Verify All Statistical Information Submitted To The State Department Of Education; To Provide For The Revocation Of Administrator License Of Any Superintendent Who Willfully And Wantonly Falsifies Any Statistical Information Submitted To The Department; To Provide Administrative Procedures Hearing To Individuals Whose License Has Been Revoked For Violations; To Amend Section 37-3-2, Mississippi Code Of 1972, In Conformity To The Preceding Provisions; And For Related Purposes.
