     AMEND on line 52 by deleting the word "and" after the semicolon.

     FURTHER, AMEND on line 54 and 55 by deleting the words "a direct relation." and inserting in lieu thereof the following:

pursuing, practicing or engaging in the occupation; and

              (v)  As regards felony convictions of a violent or sexual nature, the health and safety of clients and customers served by the occupation.
