     AMEND by deleting lines 62 through 73 in their entirety and by renumbering the succeeding section.

     AMEND further on line 75 by inserting the following before the period ", and shall stand repealed on June 30, 2020"

     AMEND further the title on line 5 by deleting "47-5-138.1, 47-5-139 AND" and by inserting the following:  47-5-138.1 AND 47-5-139

     AMEND further the title on line 6 by deleting "47-7-3.2"
