AMENDMENT NO 3 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

Senate Bill No. 2001

 

BY: Representative Williams-Barnes

 

     AMEND after the period on line 1322 by inserting the

following:

     "However, all such monies over Eighty Million Dollars ($80,000,000.00) shall be transferred into a special fund for the purpose of funding the Early Childhood Learning Collaborative.  Such monies shall be in addition to any other supplemental funds or monies provided for the purpose of the Early Childhood Learning Collaborative."
