     AMEND by striking the language after "(1)" on line 468 through the period on line 474.

     AMEND line 481 by changing the period to a semicolon and inserting the following thereafter:

however, corporation employees shall be participants in the State and School Employees Life and Health Insurance Plan and shall participate in the Public Employees' Retirement System.

     AMEND by striking Section 49 in its entirety and renumber subsequent sections accordingly.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
