     AMEND on line 367 by inserting the following words after the word "persons":  ", except those attorneys representing a party or a person found to have a direct interest in the cause, ".

     AMEND further by inserting the following language after line 626 and renumbering the succeeding paragraphs:  "(c)  The total number of children placed in detention each month;".

     AMEND title to conform.
