     AMEND on line 92 by striking "board president" and by inserting in lieu thereof:  "president of the board of supervisors of a county"

     AMEND further on line 93 by inserting the following after the word "municipality":  "or the president of the board of supervisors of a county"

     AMEND further on line 94 by inserting the following after the word "municipality":  "or the governing body of such county"

     AMEND further  on line 98 by inserting the following after the word "body":  "of such municipality or the governing body of such county"
