     AMEND by inserting the following subsection after line 126 and renumbering any succeeding subsections:

     (*)  Electric cooperatives exercising their authority granted by this act may, in its discretion, set aside not less than twenty percent (20%) of its anticipated annual expenditures for the purposes of this act from minority businesses.
