House Bill No.  366

     AMEND after the period on line 220 by inserting the following new language:

"Any electric cooperative electing to operate under the provisions of this act must publish, by paid advertisement in a newspaper or newspapers of general circulation in the electric cooperative's certificated area, results of its elections to each member."
