AMEND on line 57 by inserting after the comma the following language: "the Executive Director of the Mississippi Department of Marine Resources,"
AMEND further the title on line 3 after the semicolon by inserting the following:
"TO ALLOW THE GOVERNOR TO AUTHORIZE THE EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF THE MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF MARINE RESOURCES TO USE SPECIFIED UNMARKED VEHICLES ONLY IN THOSE INSTANCES WHERE IDENTIFYING MARKS WILL HINDER OFFICIAL INVESTIGATIONS;"
