AMENDMENT NO 3 TO COMMITTEE AMENDMENT NO 1 PROPOSED TO

 

House Bill No. 1521

 

BY: Senator(s) Bryan

 

     AMEND by inserting the following section after line 891 and renumbering:

     SECTION *.  The board of supervisors, in its discretion, may provide additional satellite offices for the circuit clerk and the board of election commissioners for the use of electors who are authorized to vote at the clerk's office.

     FURTHER, AMEND the title to conform.
