     AMEND on line 149 by inserting the following language after the period:  An inmate who has been convicted of a sex offense, as defined by Section 45-33-23 (h), shall not be eligible for parole pursuant to this paragraph (c).

     AMEND further on line 204 by inserting the following language after the period:  An offender who has been convicted of a sex offense, as defined by Section 45-33-23 (h), shall not be eligible for parole pursuant to this paragraph (c).
