AN ACT

To amend chapter 545, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to depositions in criminal cases.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

 

            Section A. Chapter 545, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 545.417, to read as follows:

            545.417. Any party who takes a deposition in any criminal case shall be responsible for the costs of providing one copy of the transcript of such deposition to the opposing party.
