AN ACT

To amend chapter 33, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to expenditures of state revenues.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 33, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 33.111, to read as follows:

            33.111. The division of the budget shall report to the chair of the budget committee of the house of representatives and to the chair of the ways and means and fiscal oversight committee of the senate any expenditure of state funds in excess of one hundred thousand dollars or more.
