AN ACT

To appropriate money for purposes for the several departments and offices of state government; for planning and capital improvements including but not limited to major additions and renovations, new structures, and land improvements or acquisitions; and to transfer money among certain funds to be expended only as provided in Article IV, Section 28 of the Constitution of Missouri, from the funds herein designated for the fiscal period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2015.

Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:

There is appropriated out of the State Treasury, for the agency, program, and purpose stated, chargeable to the fund designated for the period beginning July 1, 2013 and ending June 30, 2015, as follows:

Section 19.005. To the Office of Administration

For capital improvements including planning, design, major additions and renovations, new structures, land improvements, land acquisitions, economic development projects, energy-related projects, and the repair, replacement and maintenance of state buildings and facilities statewide
