AN ACT

To amend chapter 339, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to complaints against real estate appraisers.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 339, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 339.098, to read as follows:

            339.098. Any person who has an appraisal ordered, directly or indirectly, with respect to property they own or have a contract to purchase shall have standing to file a complaint with the Real Estate Appraiser Commission.
