AN ACT

To amend chapter 227, RSMo, by adding thereto one new section relating to the designation of a memorial bridge.




Be it enacted by the General Assembly of the state of Missouri, as follows:


            Section A. Chapter 227, RSMo, is amended by adding thereto one new section, to be known as section 227.504, to read as follows:

            227.504. The bridge on U.S. Highway 160 crossing over Lick Creek in Ozark County shall be designated the "Barney Douglas (The Citizen) Memorial Bridge". The department of transportation shall erect and maintain appropriate signs designating the bridge, with the costs for such designation to be paid for by private donation.
