1.1A Senate resolution
1.2honoring champion wrestler Will Van Epps.
1.3WHEREAS, wrestling demands agility, strength, timing, and stamina in addition to
1.4reservoirs of psychological discipline and resolve; and
1.5WHEREAS, Will Van Epps of Kenyon-Wanamingo captured the 110-pound third and
1.6fourth grade division title at the Northland Youth Wrestling Association state tournament; and
1.7NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the Senate of the State of Minnesota
1.8that it recognizes Will Van Epps as an elite youth athlete and congratulates him on his NYWA
1.9wrestling championship.
1.10BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the Secretary of the Senate is directed to prepare an
1.11enrolled copy of this resolution, to be authenticated by the Secretary's signature and that of the
1.12Chair of the Senate Rules and Administration Committee, and transmit it to Will Van Epps.
