1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. PUC DUTIES; APPROPRIATION.
1.5$....... is appropriated from the general fund for the fiscal year ending June 30,
1.62012, to the Public Utilities Commission to perform its duties under Minnesota Statutes,
1.7chapter 216B.
