1.6BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.7 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 490.121, subdivision 21d, is amended to
1.8read:
1.9 Subd. 21d. Mandatory retirement date. "Mandatory retirement date" means the
1.10last day of themonth in official year of the state in the first even-numbered year during
1.11which a judge has attained 70 years of age.
1.12 Sec. 2. REPEALER.
1.13Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 204B.36, subdivision 5, is repealed.
