1.3BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.4 Section 1. APPROPRIATION FOR FOOD SHELF PROGRAMS.
1.5$500,000 in fiscal year 2014 and $500,000 in fiscal year 2015 are appropriated from
1.6the general fund to the commissioner of human services for food shelf programs under
1.7Minnesota Statutes, section 256E.34. If the appropriation for either year is insufficient, the
1.8appropriation for the other year is available for it. This appropriation is added to the base.
