1.2relating to human services; providing a nursing facility operating payment rate
1.3increase for a facility in Le Sueur County;amending Minnesota Statutes 2012,
1.4section 256B.431, by adding a subdivision.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2012, section 256B.431, is amended by adding a
1.7subdivision to read:
1.8 Subd. 46. Rate increase for a facility in Le Sueur County. Effective October 1,
1.92014, the operating payment rate of a nursing facility located in Le Sueur County and
1.10licensed for 55 beds as of January 1, 2014, that is reimbursed under this section or section
1.11256B.434 or 256B.441, shall be increased to be equal, for a resource utilization group rate
1.12with a weight of 1.00, to a daily rate of $210.57. The rate under this subdivision shall be
1.13applied before any other operating payment rate adjustments effective on October 1, 2014,
1.14are computed. The percentage of the operating payment rate to be case-mix adjusted shall
1.15be equal to the percentage that is case-mix adjusted on September 30, 2014.
