1.2relating to capital investment; appropriating money for a grant to Grove City for
1.3wastewater infrastructure improvements; authorizing the sale and issuance of

1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. GROVE CITY; WASTEWATER INFRASTRUCTURE
1.7IMPROVEMENTS.
1.8 Subdivision 1. Appropriation. $....... is appropriated from the bond proceeds
1.9fund to the commissioner of employment and economic development for a grant to
1.10Grove City to acquire land, predesign, design, construct, furnish, and equip wastewater
1.11infrastructure improvements. This appropriation is not available until the commissioner
1.12of management and budget determines that at least an equal amount is committed to
1.13the project from nonstate sources.
1.14 Subd. 2. Bond sale. To provide the money appropriated in this section from the
1.15bond proceeds fund, the commissioner of management and budget shall sell and issue
1.16bonds of the state in an amount up to $....... in the manner, upon the terms, and with
1.17the effect prescribed by Minnesota Statutes, sections 16A.631 to 16A.675, and by the
1.18Minnesota Constitution, article XI, sections 4 to 7.
1.19EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
