1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Laws 2009, chapter 158, section 10, as amended by Laws 2012, chapter 287,
1.7article 3, section 56, is amended to read:
1.8 Sec. 10. EFFECTIVE DATE.
1.9Sections 2 and 3 are effective August 1, 2009, and the amendments made in sections
1.102 and 3 to Minnesota Statutes, sections
169.011 and
169.045, expire July 31, 2014.
1.11EFFECTIVE DATE.This section is effective the day following final enactment.
