1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. HYBRID AND NARROW-LEAVED CATTAIL CONTROL; LORING

1.7The commissioner of natural resources shall issue a general aquatic plant
1.8management permit to the Minneapolis Park and Recreation Board for Loring Park Lake
1.9in Hennepin County for mechanical or chemical control of hybrid and narrow-leaved
1.10cattails. The commissioner shall not charge a fee for the permit.
