1.4BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.5 Section 1. APPROPRIATION.
1.6$1,950,000 in fiscal year 2014 is appropriated from the general fund to the
1.7commissioner of commerce for a grant to the city of Red Wing for shear-shredding
1.8equipment to produce refuse-derived fuel.
