1.2relating to public safety; including unlawful possession of a firearm by a minor

1.42010, section 617.91, subdivision 4.
1.5BE IT ENACTED BY THE LEGISLATURE OF THE STATE OF MINNESOTA:
1.6 Section 1. Minnesota Statutes 2010, section 617.91, subdivision 4, is amended to read:
1.7 Subd. 4. Gang activity. "Gang activity" means the commission of one or more of
1.8the offenses listed in section609.11, subdivision 9 ; criminal damage to property in the
1.9first or second degree under section609.595, subdivision 1 or 1a; trespass under section
1.10609.605
; or disorderly conduct under section
609.72 ; or unlawful possession of a firearm
1.11by a minor under section 624.713, subdivision 1, clause (1).
1.3for purposes of orders to enjoin gang activity; amending Minnesota Statutes
1.42010, section 617.91, subdivision 4.
