A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled
"Public health code,"
(MCL 333.1101 to 333.25211) by adding section 2836a.
THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:
Sec. 2836a. A person who violates section 2836 is guilty of a
felony punishable by imprisonment for not more than 3 years or a
fine of not more than $5,000.00, or both.
Enacting section 1. This amendatory act does not take effect
unless House Bill No. 5929 of the 95th Legislature is enacted into
law.
