SENATE BILL No. 1145

 

 

November 8, 2018, Introduced by Senator CASPERSON and referred to the Committee on Natural Resources.

 

 

 

     A bill to amend 1994 PA 451, entitled

 

"Natural resources and environmental protection act,"

 

by amending section 47305 (MCL 324.47305), as added by 1995 PA 57;

 

and to repeal acts and parts of acts.

 

THE PEOPLE OF THE STATE OF MICHIGAN ENACT:

 

     Sec. 47305. (1) For the purpose of carrying The department may

 

promulgate rules necessary to carry out this section and sections

 

47302 and 47303. , the department may promulgate rules as may be

 

necessary.

 

     (2) R 299.771 and 299.791 of the Michigan Administrative Code

 

are rescinded.

 

     Enacting section 1. Section 46701 of the natural resources and

 

environmental protection act, 1994 PA 451, MCL 324.46701, is

 

repealed.
