A bill to amend 1978 PA 368, entitled
"Public health code,"
by amending section 6237 (MCL 333.6237), as amended by 2015 PA 104.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 6237. Until October 1, 2019, 2023, the department shall assess a $500.00 fee for licenses on an annual basis upon determining that the applicant has complied with this part and rules promulgated under this part. A licensee shall prominently display the license while it is in effect.
