HOUSE BILL NO. 5434
A bill to amend 2016 PA 407, entitled
"Skilled trades regulation act,"
(MCL 339.5101 to 339.6133) by adding section 407a.
the people of the state of michigan enact:
Sec. 407a. The department shall work with the department of military and veterans affairs to ensure that the fee for a required examination under this act is eligible for funding under the post-9/11 veterans educational assistance act of 2008, Public Law 110-252.
